Vertically integrated manufacturing

We employ almost 300 people across the group and almost 200 of these are directly involved in the manufacturing process. We have 3 UK factories and one very sizeable plant in Southern China. As a vertically integrated manufacturer we often take materials in their raw form such as sheet steel and timber and transform them completely in-house into the finished article.

We operate our own metal-shops, wood-shops, powder coating and wet spray lines and this gives us complete control over the quality of not only the finished product but also the components that go into it. All our factories are licensed, approved and regulated by the relevant authorities. We have also received accreditation in the past from the WWF for our efforts towards sustainable manufacturing under

Quality Assured

With decades of experience in designing and manufacturing electrical products for the hotel industry we understand what our customers require of us. Our products are designed to stand the rigours of hotel and hospitality use and our customers appreciate that value is best analysed over the cost of a products whole life cycle. Our 3 year electrical guarantee supports this philosophy.

Every component is inspected and tested at each stage of the manufacturing process, eliminating defects and in turn maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves

  • Embed environmental responsibility throughout our operations by engaging with and educating our people.
  • Set and review environmental objectives to foster continual improvement.
  • Identify best environmental practise at individual sites and strive to implement them company wide.
