How can I place my order?

Can I request for a quotation?
Yes we can issue you a quotation; however the quotation will only be valid for 90 days. Corby of Windsor reserves the right to allocate stock as priority demands. To reserve stock, pre-payment or a minimum payment of 30% of order value is required.
What if I change my mind after I have made my purchase?
Don't worry. We accept cancellations without any quibble or charge before delivery. If you have already received delivery we offer a 3-day no quibble returns policy.
What happens if I change my mind after delivery?
We would process your request for a refund. We offer a 3-day no quibble returns policy with no charge should you require collection of the purchased item.
What if the product is damaged?
When the product is delivered the couriers should unpack and inspect the product with you to ensure that you are completely happy with its condition. If it is damaged they will return the product to our warehouse and we will arrange a replacement product to be delivered to you. Alternatively you can request a refund of your purchase. This is valid for only 30days upon receipt of product.
What if the product is faulty during the warranty period?
If the product is faulty during the period of the warranty, we can arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you as well as collecting the faulty item for inspection. Before the replacement is sent, we will request for you to send us an image of the faulty item, description on what is faulty as well as the sales order number of when the item is bought.

Standard sized boxed and items weighing less than 20kgs
What is the delivery cost?
For orders below the value of $500.00 Ex TAX, a small order charge of $30.00 Ex TAX will be payable for delivery. However for orders above the value of $500.00 Ex TAX, delivery will be FREE of charge.
What about delivery to outside the USA?
